Thanksgiving 2012

We had an awesome weekend with family.  I will forever be thankful that I have such a great family.  We played turkey on Thursday.  We all over ate but that is the whole point.  Friday, Michelle and Linden and Kell and Matt went shopping in Twin Falls.  Brad had to work.  I stayed home for a bit and then went in to Burley for a minute and brought Kell back with me.  Saturday we decided to go to the food drive movie.  It was bring 2 cans per ticket at the movie theatre for Madagascar 3 or Ice Age 4.  I don't think Livee has ever been to a big theatre so I thought it would be a fun experience and it was.  Even though the kids had seen it, they all really enjoyed it.  Saturday we spent most of the day just hanging out.  Kaydee cut hair, kids played in the hot tub, they rode four wheelers, played games.  Saturday night Kell and Kaydee went home.  Brad, I, Michelle, Linden, Grampa and Savanna decided to go to a late movie.  Brad and I never get to out and Savanna was wanting to go so I decided what the heck.  We saw Skyfall.  It was pretty good.  Savanna really likes the song that Adele sings for the movie.  Sunday, Linden and Michelle headed out.  It was a great time.  Thanks everyone for all the help with the food and cleaning up.  Can't wait for the next holiday or get together.  Love ya.
They wanted to see how many could fit in the bathtub.  They even got their timer out and made a game out of it.

The FEAST.
We had lots of yummy's. Ham, Turkey, rolls, stuffing, potatoes and gravy, jello salad, deviled eggs, cooked carrots, green salad, and lots of dessert. We have to get creative in the seating because there are so many of us.

Aleena was the only one that would wear my turkey bow.  She was my favoite for the day:).

Saturday we spent the afternoon outside.  The kids played in the hot tub for hours.  They would get hot and then go play on the trampoline.  They were acting like it was summer.

Dad has been trying to get these lights up for a few years and they finally got it done.

Uncle Nate brought some four wheelers and a mini dirt bike for the kids to ride.  They made a track in the field and took turns.  Saturday was a beautiful day and we did most of our rideing on that day.
Brad is testing out the mini dirt bike.  Such a silly.

Aunt KD had a hair cutting party.  Thank goodness she has such a great talent of hair cutting.

The kids played a lot of cards.  They played some games, but also were learning and practicing magic card tricks.

Everyone wanted a turn on Aunt KD's ipad.
Lots of doodling goes on when everyone is over.

There is usually a game of Scrabble played.  Dad LOVES this game.
