Chicken tasting

Last night I was trying to figure out what to fix for dinner. I got brave and decided to try out some of our home grown/canned chicken. I added some taco seasoning and some green peppers. We had them on a warmed up tortilla with some cheese. All my kids ate their whole taco before I gave them the news of where it came from. None of them seemed to mind like I thought they would. I was just thankful it was edible after our hard work and mess we put into them.
