Bear Lake-Minnetonka Caves

We had our annual Bear Lake family reunion a couple weeks ago.  We went Sunday and came home friday.  On Wednesday we decided to visit Minnetonka Cave.  It wasn't too far from where we camped.  There was 3 families that went.  A couple families didn't go.

 Hallie got car sick on the curvy road to the cave and wasn't feeling very good.

 This little guy was teasing the kids while we were waiting for our turn to go in.  It sure loved our green apple licorice.

 This was the seven dwarfs and snow white.  Not sure which one was which.

 This was point was named something to do with gold coins.  It looked like a big crocodile to me.

 This is the farthest point.  These two will grow together someday and be married.

There were 444 stairs in and 444 stairs out.  Livee did pretty good walking the first third, but she said her legs were starting to hurt.  I carried her part and Kaydee carried her part and Brad carried her part.  Brad did fall and hurt his arm on the way out while he was carrying her.  The steps were pretty slippery from the moisture and the oozing.  It actually was good until we hit the farthest point in.  I started to get a headache and really had to not think about where I was for fear I might have a bit of a panic attack.  I survived though without any attacks.  Overall we really did enjoy the caves.  Savanna and Jase were a bit mad at first that they had to go "on this stupid family outing" (haha) and couldn't stay back at Linden's condo with their kids but they ended up enjoying themselves too even if they wouldn't admit it.
