I can't believe it is time to say good bye to summer already. Looking back on our summer I thought I would share some highlights/things that made our summer of 2008 so much fun.
*Sleeping in has to be one of my favorite things about summer. I love to sleep, and my kids usually sleep in also.
*Swimming Lessons. We went to my mom's for a 2 week session of swimming lessons. 3 of my sisters all had their kids there so it is a big cousin/family hang out.
*Bear Lake.
We look forward to this vacation all year round. It is so fun, and can't wait to go back every year.
*Otter Pops, the big ones. There is nothing better than a cold otter pop on a hot sticky, sweaty day. 
* Hanging out with family. We spent a lot of time with family this summer. It is so fun to see all the kids playing and I always enjoy hanging out and talking, painting each others toe nails, and crafting with my crazy sisters.

I love summer because of the warm sand and the cool outdoor swimming. There is nothing better than taking a nap on the beach, getting a little tan, & eating yummy munchies.
*Lots of Daylight. Being able to stay up and enjoy every minute of the daylight.
*Flip-flops. I can not imagine what I would do without flip flops. My Airwalk ones have lasted me forever. Very comfy.
*Aleena's Boo-Boo. This definitely added some excitement to our summer. Such a tough girl. *Comfy long shorts. I am so glad that comfy long shorts are in style, and available in all sizes. I might just have to wear them all winter.
So thank you to everyone who was a part of our summer. We have so many wonderful friends and family members that we got to hang out with.
