Brad's Baby

Almost 20 years ago Brad bought himself a nice ride. This is the picture from when he purchased the truck. The car dealer was having a contest, remember the old toyota saying "I love what you do for me". So they took pictures of everyone doing there version of the side leg kick thing, and Brad decided to jump off the truck and catch some air.
He has treated her with such care and there are a lot of memories in this truck:
*Paws sitting in the middle of us when we were dating. Paws was Brad's dog, and he got quite jealous of us dating.
*We took Meesa, the cat from Brad's mom's house to ours, and she was so nervous, she pooped on Brad.
*Sitting next to Brad back in our newlywed days, before all the car seats.
*Smelling pizza everytime I got in, because Brad used to deliver pizza.

Here is Brad saying his last goodbye to his truck. We finally had to let her go. Real Estate has been slow, and we needed the money. So Brad sold her to a nice kid that will hopefully treat her as good as Brad did. We will miss you.

Aleena's Photo Session

Aunt KD took some pictures of Aleena. It took Aleena about a half hour to find her smile. She was being a grumpy face. If her smile was anywhere near showing she would hurry and cover her face. Finally I left the room and she did better, lil stinker. I went outside the window and she could see me so I started pulling funny faces and waving and that seemed to work. They turned out cute even though it took forever. Thanks Aunt KD.

Praying Mantis

Jase found a friend while we were visiting Grama & Grampa this past weekend. He is definitely not afraid of crawly things. This was probably the biggest praying mantis I have ever seen. Lexey (Jase's cousin), thought for sure it was a she and that she was pregnant.
