Saturday we made a day trip to American Falls. My Aunt Mary was in charge of the Severe family reunion. We met at the park and had yummy-licious dutch oven chicken and cheesy potatoes. We got to see some cousins that we don't see very often. We played some volleyball for a bit. The littles played on the playground. Vern took a group picture so hopefully I can get a copy. They had a drawing for a few prizes. Aleena won $5. She was so excited. Then some weather decided to move in. There was actually a tornado warning for our area. It was pretty trippy. We decided not to drive home into the storm so we went to Aunt Mary's for a bit. After the storm passed we headed over to the church for a bit. It was Uncle Duane's and Aunt Mary's 50th anniversary and their kids had put together a nice reception for them. It was a nice day. It's always good to rekindle the relationships with cousins.
