I actually got up early and did my excercising before the kids woke up. I felt like I got more done today with that little boost. I didn't get a ton done since I was babysitting most of the day, but I got the christmas tree down, and the front room put back in order. I did a bit of rearranging furniture. It seems to feel more organized and clean. Then I decided to go out and shovel the driveway. We had 2 ft drifts right next to the house. Isn't it funny how we spend so many hours shoveling when it melts in about 2 days. I decided it gives me a chance to get some fresh air. Winter can be a bit depressing being all cooped up.
The kids had a fun first day back to school. Brad had to take my car today-his hose decided to break-or something like that, so he took the kids to school this morning, but they had the privelige of walking home in all the snow. They loved it, although there pants were wet up to their knees because they had to walk through all the drifts. A friend of mine offered them a ride, Thanks Anne, but Savanna said she wanted to walk. I had to laugh because Hallie was upset that Savanna anwered for all of them when she really wanted a ride. She'll know to speak up next time. Well, I have avoided cooking dinner long enough it is time.
