Bear Lake 2009

Bear Lake 2009
We had so much fun on our vacation. I want to share a lot of pictures. So we left on Monday morning about 10 am. We made about 3 stops to get there. We got there around 4 pm. The kids are so excited to get there and see what the cabin will be like each time. This year, the cabin had 3 levels. The main floor was the kitchen, a bathroom, a dining area and a family room. Upstairs was a master suite, and 2 more bedrooms that shared a bathroom. The basement had a bathroom, a bedroom and a family room with bunk beds, a futon and a fold out couch.

It was a great get a way, and we ended up staying one extra day. It was a nice bonus. We packed up from our cabin like we were going home, but at the bottom of the hill tricked the kids and went over to KD's condo. They left a day early and we stayed in there place for the last night. The kids were so excited. Linden and Michelle stayed longer also so we got to hang out with them. We spent the last day at the outdoor pool. Thanks everyone for such a great week.

Aunt KD brought her floating dock again. The kids just love playing on it.
Aleena would spend hours out piling up the dirt and tapping it.
There are little warm pools before the main lake. The kids are always laying in them to get warmed up.
Grandpa sneaking in a little cat nap.
She looks like a little angel cherub. Her wings are tucked inside her little dress.
This is one of my favorite pictures. They were just being so quiet and Livee was trying so hard to do exactly what Aleena was doing.
"Say 'Daddy wears Diapers', move this way, move that way"
Family pictures are so fun =).
After a few days of lots of play, there are some tired babies.
Baby Owen caught all girls' attention.
Livee's sticky finger prints all over the van windows.
One day Uncle Nate rented a boat, a different day Linden and Michelle rented a couple of Jet skis. They were a lot fun. Brad even dumped 3 kids off the jet ski. They didn't think that was very funny.
Some one bet Nate that he couldn't catch a seagull, so he layed down for about 15 minutes trying to get one. He said he touched one, but he never caught one.
The kids love to help make sand creatures.
Livee thought this little car was so fun.
Aleena would have to dump the water out of her goggles every time she came up, but she just kept on using them.
Thanks Butch for the pizza and homemade ice cream. This is my favorite feeling in the whole world. I just love the soft sand and the cool water.
Whose pigs are who?
We went to the beach after pizza to collect some shells and this is what we got to see. It was so beautiful.
We usually are so packed there is barely room for the kids, but they did really good for being in such tight quarters.
Savanna really does not like me taking her picture so I couldn't pass up this opportunity.

Thanks again, we are already looking forward to next year.
