First Day of School...

The 3 oldest kids survived their first day of school. It was only a 1/2 day and went way to fast for me. Savanna found all of her classes and was able to get both her lockers open. Aleena is so excited to have her first day tomorrow. Livee is going to be lost without her siblings around. Boomer will get all the torchoring. Everyone was excited to see friends that they didn't get to see ver the summer. I still can't believe summer is over.

Savanna 7th Grade...

Savanna had 6 am volleyball practice and so we got an after school picture. I only took one of each. Unfortunately her eyes are closed in one. I will get more later. She is turning into quite the young lady.

Before school jitters...

The kids have been a bit nervous for school to start. Jase's hair was bugging him so he thought he would cut his own hair. He started with taking the scissors to his bangs. Then he wanted to take the clippers to his hair. I told him I would do it, but it would be a minute. He wasn't patient enough, so he asked if he could clipper his own hair. We got the guard on. He was in my bathroom upstairs. I was downstairs. He said that Daddy would be up there and he would just clipper it. I figured he could run the clippers on his head. The trouble is that he thought he would see what would happen if he took the guard off. Luckily he did it in a spot where we could sort of fix it. Of course it had to be before the first day of school, and he has his baptism in a week, so hopefully his hair grows fast=).

Jase 3rd Grade

Jase is excited about school. He gets to be on the big kid side of the school. He loves his social life and being active in p.e. What an exciting year.

Hallie 5th Grade

Hallie must be getting older. She thought me taking pictures of her on the first day of school was "stupid". I just chuckled. I still took some pictures but decided I wouldn't take it to school with me and really embarrass her. She at least smiled while I was taking the actual picture and then instantly went back to the "Mom-can we just get to school" face. She is very excited for Aleena to start school and to be in charge of getting her home. She will be a great helper.
