Here comes the bride...

Hallie dressed up Aleena today as a Princess Bride. She married her brother, Yikes!! I was on hold on the phone and so Hallie took the pictures of Aleena. After 100 pictures later, I found this one of her. Hallie got a cute video of Jase trying to carry Aleena up the stairs after they were married. It was pretty funny. He actually is pretty strong for being a little squirt (Just like his Daddy).

Jase's Birthday

I am a little behind. Yesterday was Jase's Birthday. He was quite upset that we weren't having a party, so then he started to argue that it isn't really his birthday. I let him make chocolate chip cookies with me. We met up with Anne at Settlers Park. The kids played in the water and we shared our yummy cookies. He loves pepperoni pizza so we got Pizza Hut for dinner. I like pepperoni pizza because that means I don't have to cook. We will be having a family get together on Thursday.

Today, well it was hot. I think I had a thin layer of sweat on me all day. Maybe it is just me. I think nursing raises my body temperature. I got up earlier than normal this morning. I need to start getting used to a fall schedule. Our summer has not been exactly routine. We got an early start on cleaning today.
Tomorrow will laundry day. I ended up not having to babysit today, so we just spent the afternoon hanging out. I took Jase to the store to spend some of his Birthday money. He bought a basketball and a Batman Lego kit. He picked out a cute little remote control car that Brad and I bought him. (pictures to come later-if it still works tomorrow) Well TTFN.

Really Mom, I am not tired....

I am realizing that Aleena has some sleep issues.

Last night she did not want to get in her bed and I told her that was fine as long as she stayed in her room. She proceeded to get her pillow and blanket and lay just inside her doorway. It was more comfortable to throw a fit on, and then she fell asleep. The other clothes that are on the floor are clothes she has put on and taken off throughout the day. Oh-and she is in this sleeping at night with no clothes on, except she will keep her panties on. It was too funny when I went to check on her and this is what I found.
