It is time to get back to some blogging. I just can't believe summer is coming to an end and school is about to start. Way to fast. What we have been up to: Savanna is going for the volleyball team. I think everyone makes it, they just have to determine if she is A, B or C team. This week is tryout week. She has that from 8-11. She is really likeing it. I am very proud of her trying something new. I know it can be scary. She even knew that practices will be before school at 6 am and she still wants to go for the team.
Soccer and Football have started. Savanna has Mon, Wed practice. Hallie has Tue, Th practice and right now Jase has it tues - friday practice. Brad has softball on Thursday nights and I am working evenings. I am not sure how we will survive but somehow we do.
I started some school bags for the girls (pictures to come tomorrow). Amylee came over and showed me how to sew them. I have been sewing off and on today so I could finish Savanna's. Thought I was about done. Went to turn it right side out and I realized I sewed the flap on backwards. Oh Poopy Do. It was midnight so I decided I will save my unpicking for tomorrow.
I am trying a new approach with Livee and the potty. She goes really good, but has this thing of not going until I walk her in there and do it for her. She can do it by herself but won't do it without me. So we went to the store this morning and picked out some little potty treats. She gets one for going in there by herself and one for putting her panties and pants back on by herself. I will help her wipe if needs be and straighten her panties out. Oh-the power of bribery. I know I shouldn't bribe her, but she has gone in and done it by herself all day. And is very ready to pick out a treat. Well, it is time to turn in. Good Night.
